Last night was the highly anticipated USA Network premiere of Political Animals, a Limited Series Event.  Many of the scenes from Political Animals were filmed in Philadelphia.  Luxe Home Philadelphia is the go-to stop for TV Set Design.   Our fabulous stock of designer furnishings provide set designers the furnishings and home accessories to create the perfect set decoration.  Katelyn Goodman, our on staff Interior Designer and Visual Manager, worked closely with the production company to provide furniture rentals that would help set the scene and convey the story.

Real Estate Staging services from Luxe Home Philadelphia begin with a consult with a client to understand their concept and marketing objectives.  Our client at the Touraine was  determined to refurbish each unit using sustainable, environmentally friendly materials. Our client explained the purpose of her project is, "to create a look and feel that pays homage to the architectural integrity of the old buildings." Her first real estate staging was a 986-square-foot one bedroom unit on the east side of the building.
